REFUND RULES

      Our return service is available for all official orders¹. You may submit a request within a reasonable period after delivery, as long as the item remains in original unused condition with complete packaging, tags and accessories².
      To apply, contact our support team with your order number and return reason. We will review your request promptly and provide official return instructions after approval³. When preparing the return shipment, pack the item carefully with all original contents included⁴.
      After the returned item arrives, it will go through a standard quality inspection. Once approved, your chosen resolution will be processed⁵. You may choose between a refund and an exchange based on your needs.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
